HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ITEM(S)?
That will depend on the inventory status of the item you ordered and your payment method.  If
you ordered an item that has been customized, it could take up to an additional 10 business
days to get to you.  Most orders will be sent via the USPS, which will take anywhere from 2 to
3 days to get to you depending on where you are located relative to Michigan.  All orders are
normally sent out within 1 business day of payment being received (if you paid with personal
check, your order may not be sent out until the check clears).

WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE ITEM(S)?
If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your item, please send an email explaining your
dissatisfaction to
chris@greekchallengecoins.com within 14 days and I will either replace the
item or refund your money (less S&H costs).  Please note that in some cases we may require
you to send back the original item before a new item or refund can be issued.  We want
everyone to be 100% satisfied with our products!

WHY WOULD I CHOOSE TO PURCHASE OPTIONAL SHIPPING INSURANCE?
Believe it or not, the United States Post Office does lose packages/envelopes from time to
time.  Insurance allows Greek Challenge Coins to ship you replacement coin(s) (after some
paper work is completed) because we can get reimbursed for the lost item(s) by the Post
Office.  If you opt not to insure your shipment, Greek Challenge Coins has no means of getting
reimbursed for lost coin(s), and can therefore not send you new items without charging you
for them again.

WHY ARE YOUR COINS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE OTHER GUYS?
Have you ever heard the old adage "you get what you pay for"?  Well, that pretty much says it
all.  We charge a little bit more for our coins simply because our coins are higher quality
than the other guys coins, and consequently cost more to produce.  For instance, our
fraternity challenge coins are
DIE STRUCK instead of die cast.  Die struck coins require
more expensive dies, tooling, and equipment to manufacture than die cast coins.  Not to
mention all fraternity coin by Greek Challenge Coins have
TRUE 3 DIMENSIONAL DESIGNS
on them.  Dies for 3D coins cost more than dies for 2D coins, which is why the other guys
coins pale in comparison to
Greek Challenge Coins.
